We went to the mountains again! The water is really high. The first time we went, we went on a nature walk. This time we went to Rotary Pond. My brother tried to build a bridge, but it was too deep. Here is a picture of our trip. Stay tuned for more...

Day Seven

We went to the mountains! We went on a nature walk. My brother and I waded in the creek. My socks and shoes got so wet! My favorite part was the creek. It was like roaring and had waves because of all the rain and the floods in the mountains. I hope we go camping soon with my big tent with two rooms. We don't have any pictures of the mountains, but here is a picture of some more of our flowers in our yard. This is my favorite flower! That's it for today...have a nice night!

Later Day One

This is the first time the baby birds left their nest! Today! I got to take pictures of it. It was so exciting because they never, ever left the nest, just the mommy did. Stay tuned for more adventures of Maya's summer...

My blog has been created. I have one bird's nest outside, kind of by my mom and dad's bedroom window. It has five baby birds inside it. The mommy bird leaves to get worms for them. Whenever she leaves, I get to take pictures and make peeping sounds at the baby birds. When the mommy bird comes back, it is so cool to watch the worm wiggle in the mom's throat, and the mom spits it out to feed all of her children. Here is a picture of the mommy bird that I took yesterday.
